Chapter 12: Cloud City

This chapter is told by Shadowluigi.
I entered inside cloud city. I just entered and I was already hearing battle noises. It sounded like laser and something made of metal. I hurried to go to the boss' area. I then arwings shooting laser against a floating scythe. A voice came from there:
:Come on! Try to get me!
Was this the Blank guy? I tried shooting a light ray. It missed.
: Do you what a face looks like? You just hit the back of my head!
I decided to aim with my gun. I shot. The bullet moved to the left.
Shadowluigi:Wh- what?
:Pathetic!
The blank guy did acouple of slashes with his scythe. I was hurt three times in the chest. My gun also flied away. I was on the ground, waiting for the finisher. I felt furry arms grabbing me and I lifted up. I looked. It was fox who made me enter the arwing.
Shadowluigi: Let me take care of the shooting!
Fox: Okay.
I tried shooting a couple of lasers. I thought, since it's lasers and lasers are light, I could maybe control them a little bit. It took me a couple of tries, but I could now make the lasers backflip. I tired shooting at the blank guy. It hit him. He dropped his scythe. I thought I won the battle.
But it was a fatal mistake.
The arwing started crashing downwards, but the arwing was staying straight making it look very weird.
Shadowluigi: What are you doing?
Fox: Nothing! It should be staying up!
Was it the blank guy's powers who were doing that? If so, this fight will be hard. I tried locating him. Or was he a he? His voice sounded like a boy so I'll call him a guy. I noticed that without his scythe, there's no way to locate him. I grabbed fox, pressed the eject button and we sprang up. Strangely, we did'nt go up, which foiled my plans. I picked Fox's blaster and shot the floor. We fell and hit the ground, but it didn't hurt that much. Seeing the arwing falling, we ran away. When the arwing fell on the ground, a huge explosion was made. The remains were on fire. I received a punch in the face coming from the arwing's direction. I fell on the ground, again.
:Now this time you aren't in such a good postion, aren't you?
He raised his scythe. The fire coming from the arwing colored green. I didn't exactly what was happening. I then saw Absent coming out of it and someone else was with him. Absent absorbed the fire into his hads and shot the huge fireball at my direction. Hearing the sound the fire coming closer, the blank guy gasped. The fire all took form on his body. Where it would've overflowed and hit me, it followed the rest of the fire and hit the sides and back. When we looked at his fiery green silhouette the was no distinctive sign whether he was a boy or a girl. The blank quickly put the fire out. The other guy threw some kind of dust on him. It stuck and we could easily spot the blanbk guy. The guy pulled out a light saber and started slashing wildly. I used my light powers to make the light saber longer and more powerful.
: Okay then, I think my job here is done.
Before he warped away, I thought of the blaster I still had and I decided to shoot the blank guy. He fell on the ground and he disappeared.
Shadowluigi: Well, that was close. Thanks Absent, and...
???: King.
Shadowluigi: King Z? You're back! awesome!
I then walked to Fox.
Shadowluigi: There. Take your blaster back.
Fox: Nah, it's okay, you can keep it.
Shadowluigi: Okay thanks!
Absent0: Let's go back.
Shadowluigi: Okay.
So, what was those mysterious powers of the blank guy? What is happening now? What of Rilez, what happened to him? You will see that in the next chapter of CND storyline.
